✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange If:

• The product is unused and in its original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• A return/exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product has a genuine issue (wrong item, size issue, damaged, etc.)

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange If:

• The product has been worn, washed, or altered

• Return is requested after 7 days of delivery

• Product is purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless defective)

• Size exchange available (subject to stock availability)

• Exchange for the same design only

• One-time exchange allowed per order

💸 Refund Policy

• For eligible returns, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product
